I don't see why not, they do seem to agree on the subject of Illegal Immigration at the very least.

I forgive you. Just kidding. I myself have voted for a Republican, Richard Riordan. So I'll look into her. If she's pro-gay it's a plus, but if she's hysterical over illegal immigrants, like everyone seems to be these days, it's a minus.
